About Me

Hi, I’m Michal, I am a personal trainer who loves interacting with my clients and helping to improve their lives! Personal training is my life, it’s so rewarding and I love what do.

I grew up in a small village in the southwest of Poland, surrounded by nature, I always played outside as a kid, football, rock climbing, and running … until I was 17 then injuries and alcohol…. got me distracted. I began to struggle with my weight. In my early 20s, I made the decision to turn my life around, I started going to the gym and was amazed at what a difference it made. I decided I wanted to help others with their fitness journeys and began a personal training qualification.

I moved to the UK with my partner in 2005, then to the Republic of Ireland in 2008, and back to the UK in 2012. I gained my first coaching and sports management qualifications in 2010. In 2016 I got into endurance sports and cycling and started competing in triathlon and Ironman.

I have continued to set myself goals to work towards as this keeps me motivated and grounded. I always thought I wasn’t fit enough to become a personal trainer! I’ve been personal training for a number of years now and recently I’ve decided to expand my business to online coaching. People’s lifestyles and schedules have changed in recent years and I’ve adapted in order to be able fit in with my clients needs and busy lives. When I became a personal trainer my goal was to help change one person’s life for the better. I have managed to achieve this with multiple clients (see ‘what my clients say’ section) and I am excited to help more people online. I do what I love. I work long hours but it doesn’t feel like work, this job is so rewarding.

When I’m not coaching clients I am training myself or travelling and discovering what the UK has to offer. I have a BIG appetite for travel and adventure. I have 2 dogs Shannon and Poppy who love exploring with me! Life is about the simple things.
